1. ? Scope of Services Ropemasters offers rope access services
including but not limited to:
Structural
inspections & NDT
High-rise
maintenance and repairs
Protective
coatings and painting
Thermal
insulation and cladding
Confined
space entry and rescue
Welding,
rigging & mechanical work
Facade
cleaning and window washing
Drone-assisted
surveys
All services are performed by IRATA-certified
technicians in accordance with industry safety standards.
2. ? Site Requirements Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Unrestricted
access to the worksite
Availability
of anchor points or approval for temporary anchors
Completion
of any required site-specific inductions or permits
Notification
of environmental risks, restricted areas, or potential hazards
3. ?? Personnel & Safety Compliance Our rope access teams:
Are
certified to IRATA Level 1–3 standards
Follow
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 safety protocols
Conduct
daily risk assessments and toolbox talks
Operate
under supervision of a Level 3 technician at all times
We maintain a zero-fatality safety record and
uphold the highest safety protocols across all projects.
4. ? Work Schedule & Delays Work is scheduled according to site access and
project scope. Delays caused by adverse weather, client-side hold-ups, or
unforeseen safety risks may result in revised completion dates. Our team will
notify clients promptly of any scheduling changes.
5. ? Payment Terms A
formal quotation will be provided prior to work commencement
Invoices
are issued upon completion or in accordance with agreed milestones
Standard
payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise
negotiated
Late
payments may incur interest charges in accordance with local laws
6. ? Liability & Insurance We carry comprehensive public liability and
worker’s compensation insurance. The company is not liable for damages arising
from:
Delays
caused by third-party access restrictions
Pre-existing
structural defects not disclosed prior to job commencement
Equipment
failure due to site conditions beyond our control
Certificates of insurance can be provided on
request.
7. ? Reporting & Deliverables Clients may request:
Inspection
reports
Photo
documentation
Test
results (where applicable)
Certificates
of compliance
All reporting is tailored to project scope and
will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe post-completion.
8. ? Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations
must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the
scheduled start date
Cancellations
within this window may incur mobilization or standby fees
Rescheduling
is subject to crew availability and environmental conditions
9. ? Confidentiality All project details and client information are
treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without
written consent, except where required by law or safety regulation.
10. ? Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the
Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be settled under South African
jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
